Bird Control Group, which was established in 2012 and headquartered in the Netherlands, is now expanding its operations to North America and looking to setup offices in the Northwest. To manage the newly opened branch in the US we are looking for an experienced


who will be responsible for setting up office procedures and a smoothly run office as home base for the sales team.

In the role of Office Manager, your key duties are:

  • first point of contact for leads, customers, suppliers, colleagues in the US and Netherlands
  • manage all facilities in the office
  • organize travel and meetings
  • bookkeeping and invoicing
  • manage expense reports
  • keep a record of procurements and pay bills when due
  • build long-lasting relationships with our suppliers
  • ad-hoc administrate when needed
  • set up office policies and keep them up-to-date
  • qualifying leads in Base CRM
  • handling orders
  • and everything else that might come along

Our ideal candidate has:

  • at least five years of relevant experience
  • ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

You have a proven track record of handling a variety of administrative and sales support tasks. You are structured and result driven and like getting things done as quickly as possible, in a smart and accurate way. You have great organization skills and attention to detail. Experience in an international environment and a startup is a plus. You are entitled to work in the US.
